The Commercial team at H1 plays a crucial role in creating that future. It is our role to work in partnership with our colleagues and our customers to understand the most valuable products we can deliver to the market. We strive to deeply understand our customers' needs, and our users' workflows, to solve their problems in simple and novel ways.

You'll be working with stakeholders across the organization to understand our business, the markets we're in and the needs of our users. You could engage with Medical Science Liaisons, Clinical Research stakeholders or Pharmaceutical stakeholders, to showcase the value of either our HCPU, or Trial Landscape SaaS platform's and partnership, to help us expand our position as the market leader.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1

- Manage and stimulate revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seek out new opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

- Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and use case

- Engage with C-suite executives and align with their strategic roadmap

- Prepare and deliver professional presentations on products and services

- Negotiate and close deals as well as address concerns or objections

- Develop and implement customer account plan and relational strategy

- Lead H1's extended sales team in strategically selling and expanding customer use cases, and, manage overall customer baseline growth including upsell, renewals and retention

- Partner with Customer Success on overall account health, strategic planning and progress

- Support marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness, client case studies, and vertical market growth within assigned accounts

ABOUT YOU

You're a seasoned sales professional, with experience selling enterprise B2B SaaS technology. You have proven success prospecting and closing new logo opportunities. You know how to gather requirements, understand customer use cases, set proper expectations, demo platforms, and manage an enterprise sales cycle.

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years proven success selling B2B SaaS

- You have experience managing net new business & closing complex sales-cycles, including prior success in closing $1M deals and managing multiple large accounts

- You have experience managing customers through a renewal cycle

- If you have experience selling into medical science liaisons, CRO (Clinical Research Organizations), pharmaceutical's, BioTech or other related fields within life sciences would be a plus

COMPENSATION

This role pays $100,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience, plus variable commission, based on performance, in addition to stock options.
