Job Description:

Bondex, an professional logistics service provider, is seeking an experienced sales representative in logistics industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new business opportunities, building and maintain clients relationship.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Commission

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business for the sales of air freight and ocean freight products.

  • Bring onboard clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with clients while actively seeking opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal operations to provide logistics solution for clients.

  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities.

  • Occasional travel for in-person meeting, conferences.

  • Lead the sales team, organizing regular meeting weekly, optimize the whole sales team's performance under organization's requirement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding industry

  • Proven ability to attract new business and achieve sales goals.

  • Understanding of freight forwarding operations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Strong network within logistics industry.
