How will you contribute to the team?
Key point of contact for the Client, actively managing and ensuring consistency of delivery and compliance with standards.Provide leadership to core delivery teams, driving change and monitoring performance of project managers, business partners and contractors.Planning and driving change on programs of work and working with the Client to ensure these are delivered to meet expectations in improved performance.Defining clear lines of communication and responsibilities, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to ensure efficient use of resources and production of cost-effective solutions.Actively identifying and managing risk.Ensuring compliance of our management activities and advice.Working with the Client to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and apply these to the ongoing pipeline of work orders.
What will you contribute?
Bachelor's degree in field of practice. Graduate degree preferred. Management courseworkand/or MBA a plus.This level may be achieved by technical professionals or managers with twelve years ofexperience since B.S. or eleven years since M.S., with at least three of these years in theSenior Project Manager position with highly complex project management responsibility.Member of the Association of Project Managers (preferably Chartered), or another relevant Professional Body.Able to demonstrate strong leadership with experience of building and managing diverse, collaborative teams, and working collaboratively as an individual.Understanding of technical, quality and safety processes, with proven experience in delivering programs of water supply and wastewater projects.Commercial management experience, able to support pricing and estimating activities, monitor cost and schedule performance with a good understanding of the collaborative and alternative delivery contracts and the embedded principles of collaborative working.Professional registration in field of practice is required, if available, e.g., P.E., A.I.C.P.,R.A., or R.L.A. Certification as a "Project Management Professional" (PMP) or "CertifiedConstruction Manager" (CCM) required within one year of assuming this position
