As a Allstate Customer Care Representative, you engage our customers by phone, email, and in-person while building strong relationships in the community. Responsibilities
Achieve goals through helping existing customers
Review accounts with customers to advise them and protect their families and assets

Job Qualifications
Strong experience in a service/care career – customer service experience required
Insurance experience preferred
Having a Property and Casualty license is a huge plus

Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Spanish speaking is a plus
