  • Respond to end-user inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical issues
  • Perform basic hardware and software installations, configurations, and maintenance tasks
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate IT specialists or subject matter experts
  • Document all support activities, incidents, and resolutions in the IT service management system
  • Analyze common user issues and trends to identify areas for improvement and training
  • Proactively communicate with end-users on IT system updates, changes, and outages
  • Assist in the development and delivery of end-user training materials and knowledge articles
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure a coordinated and consistent support experience
  • Maintain a high level of technical proficiency and stay up-to-date with new technologies

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve a variety of IT issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, desktop operating systems, and common business software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with end-users
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply creative solutions to complex problems
  • Prioritization and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of support requests
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to provide a positive user experience
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced IT support environment
