About the Team Lead role

As a Team Lead, you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth and efficient operations. Responsible for leading and assisting workers, troubleshooting and maintaining all areas of the work floor ensuring that day to day operations are smoothly operating and ensure high-quality output.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients.
  • Sort, image, document, file, and archive by form type.
  • Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information.
  • Classify documents based on contract requirements.
  • Capture information based on client requirements.
  • Verify data from automated data extraction tools.
  • Ensure the transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level.

Requirements

Joining our team as a Machine Operator requires individuals who are dedicated, detail-oriented, and possess a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality in our production processes. Here are the key requirements for this role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Machine operating, warehouse or mailroom experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work in a self-guided manner
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The pay for this role is $15.
