What You Will Do

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in optimizing our product development and launch processes while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales, to develop and execute product operations strategies.
  • Define and implement product development processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive the execution of product launches, including coordinating timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead efforts to optimize supply chain and logistics processes to support product manufacturing and distribution.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including project plans, process workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Act as a key liaison between product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product roadmap priorities and timelines.
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to product operations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to product operations and recommend innovative solutions.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in product operations, project management, or related roles within the technology industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, Scrum at Scale...) at a large corporation
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) principles and tools is desirable.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain management is an advantage.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA or Aha is a plus.
