Compensation Range: $35-$50/hour

Qualifications for Supply Chain Operations Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain management or production planning.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools, including Power BI, Power Query, or Tableau.
  • Proficient understanding of ERP/MRP systems; experience with Epicor is advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • A genuine interest in contributing to a growing small to medium-sized enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly production schedules based on sales forecasts for designated commercial products.
  • Execute all necessary transactions related to material receiving, inventory management, and shipping to ensure accurate commercial inventory records.
  • Regularly monitor and report on work-in-process inventory levels, coordinating with the Production Supervisor as needed.
  • Oversee material levels to guarantee that production schedules and customer delivery commitments are met.
  • Generate purchase orders or requisitions for inventory and materials to support manufacturing schedules for assigned products.
