Executive Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the President's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
- Organize complex calendars and schedules, while proactively identifying and resolving any scheduling issues
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the President and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, board meetings, and other key events
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents as needed
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties, ensuring follow-up on action items
- Represent the company and the President positively through professional communication, strong follow-through skills and sound judgment
- Assist with planning and coordinating events, conferences, and other activities
- Handle logistics for off-site meetings and events involving the leadership team
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Maintain and organize shared documents, reports, and other resources for the leadership team
- Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork
- Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside of normal business hours
- Read, research, collect, and analyze information as needed to support strategic decision making
- Gather feedback from leadership team members on processes and workflows
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned to support the President and CHSN as a whole
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives and/or equivalent experience in the sports/media industry
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with eagerness to learn new software and systems
- Very strong business writing skills
- Keen interest in learning about the industry and staying up to date on news and trends
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise flexibility, and demonstrate willingness to do what it takes to get the job done in a fast paced environment
- Ability to anticipate needs and take immediate action
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build trust and collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidential information and embodying professionalism at all times
