Conduct enforcement efforts in consultation with a case management team comprised of attorneys, Remedial Project Managers/On-Scene-Coordinators, and others to achieve enforcement goals and maximize cost recovery.

Develop strategies for negotiations and/or litigation.
Serve as a Work Assignment Manager (WAM), monitoring specific portions of work under contracts for cost-reimbursable, level-of-effort contracts.

You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
