The Opportunity:

As an SMB Account Executive at Sybill, you will own customer acquisition in our most exciting segment

We've grown the team very carefully. You would be joining a small team of high performers for an AI-first B2B software company. This role gives you a unique opportunity to:

  1. Partner with our Sales Leadership to develop and implement an effective sales strategy.
  2. Proactively identify and engage potential customers using direct outreach, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  3. Apply diverse sales techniques to deeply understand the business needs, obstacles, and objectives of prospects and customize solutions accordingly.
  4. Foster and maintain robust relationships with potential clients by consistently delivering superior communication and customer service.
  5. Craft compelling sales pitches and presentations to clearly communicate the benefits and value of our products.
  6. Negotiate contract terms and finalize agreements, overseeing the sales process from initial contact to signing.
  7. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  8. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support/Success, and Product Development teams to refine lead generation tactics, improve product features, and guarantee client satisfaction post-sale.

  1. Experience: Bring 3+ years of relevant closing experience, ideally within a SaaS environment. Experience in a Product-Led Growth company is a plus.
  2. Quota crusher: Demonstrated ability to effectively identify, engage, and convert leads into profitable business, along with a consistent record of exceeding sales goals.
  3. Communication: Possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders.
  4. Discovery: Can proactively identify pain points in the product with our customers.
  5. Adaptability: Have a humble attitude, an eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to make both your team and our customers succeed.
  6. High energy and startup attitude: Operate with high horsepower, have strong problem-solving skills, are adept at frequent context switching, effectively manage working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritize.
