This position is 100% in person in our Billings, MT office.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, answer phone calls, accept deliveries, manage incoming and outgoing mail, arrange for office equipment maintenance, enter receipts
  • Manage aesthetic of common spaces, conference rooms, and hospitality arrangements
  • Assist with planning and executing interoffice functions and events
  • Inventory, purchase, and stock supplies
  • Act as point of contact for internal teams and vendors as needed
  • Assist Office Coordinator and other administrative associates with clerical, administrative, and overflow work support as needed, including additional tasks created during busy season

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience required and administrative experience preferred
  • Experience in a professional services work environment preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Word and intermediate proficiency in Outlook
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively in order to balance many projects under time deadlines
  • Ability to use and learn various software programs
  • Ability to be flexible with scheduling to meet workflow demands
  • Ability to provide clear and concise verbal and written communications
