For more information, please visit Summary Of Position The Client Partner supports the business through the development, management, and execution of strategic and tactical account management practices of the organization's Top-20 strategic account(s).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of IT services and Banking industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in client relationship management. Responsibilities Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth. Own End to end sales process for identified opportunity pursuits; Facilitate proposal management activities.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Engage and manage clients at appropriate levels, including senior technology and business executives to drive and execute the farming / mining strategy for the account. Understand firm's service offerings and applicability to the account and collaborate with internal teams to propose and deliver effective solutions.

Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining company objectives. Support marketing team in crafting practical, effective, and efficient experiences for our customers. Conduct regular client reviews and feedback sessions to monitor performance and address concerns.

Qualifications Candidate should have prior client services experience in Banking and Financial services industry. Candidate should be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Willingness to be physically present in the client offices at least 3 days a week.

Prior experience managing relationships at large Banking clients, with a history of consistent QoQ revenue and margin growth. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with CXO level leadership. Experience of large project deals, and working in an onsite / offshore model Strong interpersonal and communication skill.

Ability to work with multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to influence decision making and work across executive and operational levels on IT and Business side.
