Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between account holders and the Executive Director, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Finalize documentation for new accounts and maintain electronic filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide assistance to account holders in updating their documentation and resolving any account-related issues.
  • Act as the primary contact for account holders with questions related to income distributions, asset allocation, stock transfers, and other account-related matters.
  • Process withdrawals and deposits using workflows that support internal controls and ensure seamless transactions.
  • Interpret financial and account statements to depositors, providing clear and concise explanations.
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual investment statements to account holders.
  • Provide administrative services related to trust and annuity accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Assist account holders in establishing guidelines and procedures for account administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide oversight of updating account holder information as necessary, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial/accounting administrative support, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset, valuing open communication and mutual respect.
