Description:

-Visit customers to replenish flavors, filters, and CO2 as dictated by the local Field Service Manager and Company's IoT-driven analytics

-Perform other preventive maintenance on company's machines, ensuring that they maintain the highest level of uptime

-Identify issues with machines and report them back to company

-Assist, as called upon, with installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance

-Communicate issues and areas of opportunities (i.e. flavor changes, new product additions, better service processes, competitive presence, etc.) to the Service Ops team

-Be the face of the company to deliver upon our brand promise on customer service

-Will be reimburse to and from site

-Use apps including mileage tracking, Asana and e-mail

Hours - 1st shift (8 AM - 5 PM) Monday thru Friday

Starts as a 6 month contract to hire. Looking for a candidate seeking long term employment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Able to use basic hand an power tools

Must be able to interact with customers

Experience in working outdoors.


• For example, someone who would have experience in outside deliveries, entering buildings by way of messenger centers and freight entrances


• Understanding how to travel throughout New York City with hand trucks and push carts

HS Diploma or GED

Field Service experience
