$53.00 to $59.00 per hour

As a Chemical Manufacturing Engineer, you will be:

  • Established Chemical and Materials Engineering professional.
  • Conducts chemical and materials engineering activities in support of objectives and goals.
  • Develops new materials and chemical manufacturing processes, monitors material performance, and designs layout of equipment and arrangement of operations.
  • Collaborates with plant and engineering staff to identify possible chemical or materials engineering tool-related problems.
  • Performs laboratory studies of steps in the manufacturing of new products and tests proposed.
  • Monitors material performance and evaluates material deterioration to ensure required specifications are met.
  • Determines arrangement of operations such as mixing, crushing, heat transfer, distillation, oxidation, hydrogenation, and polymerization to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3
    years' experience in manufacturing environment with chemical or materials engineering background.
  • Experience in Chemistry
  • Must have strong analytical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical data
  • Experience working with Laboratory Information Management Systems or Manufacturing Execution Systems is plus.

Pay Range :
$53.00 to $59.00 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
