Position Overview:
Our client, CPS Inc, a leading global chemical manufacturer, is seeking experienced Corporate Project Engineers to enhance their manufacturing operations across various locations in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Corporate Project Engineer, your primary duties will include:
  • Overseeing projects from initial concept through to successful execution.
  • Evaluating data to propose solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Preparing all necessary project documentation, including investment proposals, bids, and contractual agreements.
  • Conducting Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), Management of Change (MOCs), and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs) for projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards at the site.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Corporate Project Engineer role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 6 years of practical experience in a chemical processing environment.
  • Prior experience in a Process Safety Management (PSM) regulated setting.
  • Proven track record of managing capital projects valued between $1 million and $2 million from inception to completion.
  • A willingness to travel approximately 40-60% of the time.
