SUMMARY
The HR Service Agent is responsible for providing an excellent employee experience to employees, retirees, leaders, and cross-functional partners questions and requests. This role serves as the first point of contact within HR Services providing accurate information and maintaining the utmost confidentiality, professionalism, positive attitude and integrity in all customer interactions.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Tier 1 general support for all employee inquires generated by phone or through ServiceNow case creation.
- Ensure timely response to all inquiries and performing in accordance with established HR service center KPIs.
- Sincere dedication to providing a world class employee experience with every interaction
- Proper and timely escalation to all Tier 1 Specialized inquires.
- Ensure data integrity and building documentation and resources to support knowledge sharing and collarboration.
- Utilize knowledge repository to answer employee inquires.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years' experience in benefits administration.
- Drive and passion around innovation and creative problem-solving
- Knowledge of HR plans, policies, practices, programs and systems
- Confident in answering phones and utilizing computer systems for case management as well as databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Love working with employees and helping others.
- Can handle high volume workload with ability to multi-task

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
