Athlete Contract Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an Athlete Contract Manager to oversee all contracts with Student-Athletes. This role negotiates and executes contracts directly with Student-Athletes. This role will liaise with appropriate parties across the space to ensure all parties have a favorable outcome.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and reporting contracts with Student-Athletes
- Deliver favorable and reasonable outcomes balancing many stakeholder objectives under pressure and on time
Job Requirements:
- Negotiation experience, preferably in the sports space
- Strong understanding of the collegiate space
- Spectacular interpersonal skills, including regular communication with Student -Athletes, senior leadership, and ancillary stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree required, J.D. preferred
