Summary

The Operations Coordinator will provide support for BAA's national operations team, including the National Director and SVP, Operations and Labor.

This is a junior level role that is heavily administrative. There are long-term growth opportunities within the role which will include added responsibilities within the department. It's a busy, hardworking but laidback environment where humor is always welcome.
Duties and Responsibilities

Draft and send e-mails and track action items and deadlines
Set up and maintain spreadsheets
Edit and organize PDFs in Adobe Pro.
Learn new business-specific software programsData Entry
Checking various materials for accuracy
Coordinate, review, and perform engagement settlements.
Special seasonal projects as needed.
