Details:

A REMOTE Application Support Specialist in SmartSearch and/or other Applicant Tracking systems, is currently available at Belcan. Belcan is looking to hire an Application Support Specialist to support our suite of applications used within the IT organization and throughout the company. This position is remote and can be worked from anywhere in the U.S.

Job Duties:

Provide support to our business customers for in-house applications in a small team setting.

Provide 2nd tier technical support for Belcan's Applicant Tracking System SmartSearch, as well as other enterprise applications

Utilize ServiceNow Incidents/Requests submitted by the customer for support and work toward a resolution.

Simulate or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties. Interact with other IT teams to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.

Provide Customer Service with timely results and works towards agreed upon SLAs.

Create/update documentation to enhance our current Knowledge Base and identify enhancements for our current processes.

Provide training and documentation to IT Help Desk team for 1st tier support

Ability to develop effective working relationships with staff and peers in a team environment.

Develop a strong knowledge of our highly available applications.

Develop and maintain strong, strategic working relationships with the Information Technology group and business customers.

May be called to lead projects on as needed basis. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Experience supporting enterprise applications in a large organization; experience supporting an Applicant Tracking System such as SmartSearch is a plus

Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM Excellent customer service skills; strong written and verbal skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills. Should be able to work independently and within a team setting.

Exhibit emotional intelligence when challenged with difficult people and situations.

Comfortably communicate with all levels of employees from executive leadership to administrative levels Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail Work independently to get job completed, keeping SLA in mind.

Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.

Ability to communicate at all levels of technical skill based on the requestor.

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.
