Primary responsibility will be TIG welding on stainless steel pipe, manufacturing heat exchangers and headers

  • Set-up and operate any and all Welding equipment and fixtures in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Set-up and adjust welding machine to achieve a quality product.
  • Perform first piece and continual inspections of parts using precision measuring instruments.

Welds the following types of metal in both Carbon and Stainless Steel

  • Tube to Plate
  • Plate to Plate
  • Pipe to Plate

General Structural Steel Components

Weld using both MIG and TIG Machines

Maintain the proper weld certifications

Pressure test units

Maintains all weld equipment

Must read and interpret instructions and diagrams (blueprints)

Follow schedule and report completions

Follow company policies and safety programs

Hours:

Monday-Friday (4/10 work schedule) 5am-3:30pm (some overtime on Friday/Saturday)
