Summary:


The Entrepreneurship Center (TEC) Coordinator will serve as a professional member of the Urban Center for Entrepreneurship and Economic Development Team.

TEC was designed to assist entrepreneurs with designing, planning, launching, and growing successful and sustainable business in the Metro Atlanta area.

The Urban League of Greater Atlanta (ULGA) engages with partners across the Metro Atlanta area to deliver effective and innovative education, training, and development to new and existing entrepreneurs.

The team is comprised of a Sr.
Director, TEC Director, TEC Coordinator, Business Coaches, CRP Program Manager, CRP Coordinator, CRP Business Coaches.

This is an excellent growth opportunity for candidates with a degree in Entrepreneurship to participate in the operations and growth of our small business accelerator.

Performance targets will align with TEC Strategy.
This position reports to the TEC Director.

Responsibilities Supports the planning, implementation, and operations of programs Participates in the planning, and maintenance of the workshop calendar for classes, workshops, seminars, and other events.

Serves as the liaison with the internal team and external partners in the coordination of the program Data management (recordkeeping and reporting) Order and maintain department resources needed for the program With the Director, processes monthly invoices for the coaching staff Coordinate many of the marketing and communications that reside on the TEC website Must be able to work some evenings to support program delivery Required Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Experience Must have the ability to understand and communicate the mission, vision, and goals of TEC Previous experience or strong knowledge of a small business center operations a plus Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal) Ability to plan and successfully coordinate events Excellent skills in developing PowerPoint presentations Excellent facilitation skills Excellent administrative office skills, and competencies Ability to develop and administer surveys Ability to multitask Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Values diversity and inclusion Must be professional and maintain confidentiality of program and participant information Education H.

Graduate Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship or Major in Business with a minor in Entrepreneurship is a plus.
