Job Title: Registered Dietitian - Eating Disorders Specialist

The Renfrew Center of Atlanta, GA is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive nutrition care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial client nutritional assessments and create individualized meal plans that consider medical, nutritional, cultural, age, religious, and ethical concerns.
  • Lead individual and group sessions with clients based on their level of care.
  • Provide weekly updates on the nutritional status of each patient caseload to the site team and outpatient providers.
  • Source groceries, meals, and food for the site from outside sources.
  • Facilitate supported meals and snacks to help clients reduce eating disorder behaviors.
Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalency from an accredited program through ACEND, Graduate degree preferred.
  • Licensed in the State of Employment as a Dietitian/Nutritionist, if applicable; or willingness to obtain licensure upon hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Registered Dietitian, ideally in the field of eating disorders.
  • Strong interest in working in the field of eating disorders and behavioral health nutrition.
