Checkr is looking for a Senior SMB Marketing Manager. This role will be part of the Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Vice President, Growth Marketing. The Senior SMB Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth (leads, activation and revenue) through our HR tech partners with built-in Checkr integrations and accelerating SMB expansion by launching new one-to-many avenues for acquisition, such as associations and franchises. In this role, you will partner closely with Business Development, Product, Product Marketing and Revenue Operations to scale our SMB business, activate new audiences, and unlock new sources of revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Own acquisition, conversion and revenue goals for integration (channel) partners, as well as association and franchise marketing programs
  • Define and execute integrated marketing plans to accelerate self-serve acquisition, conversion and revenue through our top tier channel partners.
  • Identify new one-to-many channels that will allow us to reach new & sizable SMB audiences, and then define and execute tech-touch programs that will successfully convert them to Checkr products.
  • Work in close partnership with BD and Sales teams to sign up and launch new association, franchise and channel partners, and deepen our relationships with and value from existing partners
  • Partner with cross-functional Growth and GTM teammates to create a seamless end-to-end experience that delights our channel customers and encourages them to take action
  • Define, track and measure your program KPIs, identifying where we can improve performance and then execute A/B test plans and optimizations to address these opportunities.

What you bring:

  • 8+ years of experience developing and managing marketing strategies & programs that were successful in scaling acquisition, conversion and revenue through tech-touch motions. Experience marketing to SMBs is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in building investment cases and securing funding for new marketing programs
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and experience launching new businesses, marketing channels or programs that have delivered scaled results under your leadership. Ideal, but not required: experience in launching association and franchise marketing programs
  • Recognized as strong team collaborator, and track record of influencing cross-functional and partner support for your recommendations
  • A customer-centric mindset, always seeking ways to improve the customer experience.
  • Intellectual curiosity, creative thinking, a passion for problem solving and an A/B testing mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, especially in crafting communications that convince/persuade customers to engage and take action
  • Well-versed in email, digital marketing and user experience best practices and ability to translate this experience into strong, actionable recommendations
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced work environment and track record driving results with minimal supervision
  • Hands-on experience with GTM & digital marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker

The base salary range for this role is $161,147 to $218,023 in Denver, CO.
