**Hybrid Opportunity Available**

ENSCO's Lead from the Front (LFF) Military Transition Program is an approved SkillBridge internship under DoDI The LFF program provides eligible service members the opportunity to gain work experience through industry specific training within the last 180 days of military service. Eligible service members in any branch, regardless of rank, enlisted, or officer are encouraged to apply.

The training and work experience provided may vary depending the internship. The LFF program is an unpaid internship through the DoD SkillBridge program. SkillBridge participants continue to receive payment and benefits through their respective military branch as active-duty service members. Official authorization from the selected service members unit commander to participate in SkillBridge must be provided prior to the start of the internship.

SkillBridge Eligibility:
Has served at least 180 days on active duty
Is within 180 days of separation or retirement
Will receive an honorable discharge
Has taken any service Transition Assistance Program
Received Unit Commander approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge

The Project Management Assistant is a new role being developed to support ENSCO's implementation of a project management office (PMO). The PMO Assistant will collaborate with ENSCO's CIO, IST, and Information Security (InfoSec) to build the framework for a project management office.

In addition to learning valuable ENSCO and Industry specific skills, the selected participant may be required to attend specific self-paced training classes on Jira/Confluence and project management.

The intern will perform tasks as assigned by the Information Services management team focusing on updating and maintaining ENSCO's Project Desk and the corresponding projects/tasks. This assignment will require reaching out to IS POCs and divisional task leaders where applicable to ensure 1) they recognize their role/responsibility to ensure project success and 2) provide timely updates to projects/tasks.

The Assistant will also coordinate very closely with the Information Services Management team.

Qualifications Required (Skills)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suiteAbility to run small projects.Excellent communication skillsComfortable presenting using PowerPoint.Strong attention to detailExcellent collaboration skills

Qualifications Desired

Understand the phases of project management.Use SharePoint for document management and collaboration.#LI-MM1

Division Description

Information Services is comprised of the Information Systems and Technology (IST) Division and Information Security (InfoSec). It is responsible for building and operating ENSCO's critical information technology systems and services, cybersecurity, and information security compliance.

Responsibilities of the IST Division include aligning information technology investments with business goals and requirements; understanding a diverse ecosystem of technology needs, security risks and compliance requirements; and building the systems, processes and personnel resources required to meet these challenges. The IST Division also encompasses responsibility for securing ENSCO's information infrastructure in accordance with various compliance regulations. IST Division personnel are high performers specializing in information technology while maintaining broad subject matter expertise. The IST Division adheres to lean IT methodology and implements KANBAN project management and task management approaches to achieve rapid and effective deployments of new technologies.

Although information security is a companywide responsibility InfoSec works to ensure all infrastructure is secure, patched, and compliant with regulatory standards such as PCI, HIPAA, and 800-xx, etc.
