Oak & Rove is a growing startup focused on creating high-end bags and accessories for the modern business professional. Our mission is to create extremely well-designed and stylish products that add real value to our cusomters lives.

We got off to a difficult start as the pandemic took hold right during our initial production run. As the economy and markets recover, we're gaining momentum and looking to expand our team.

I'm looking for a growth marketer and digital advertising expert who can join us and help us scale.

Responsibilities:

Setup, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns via Facebook/Instagram, Google, and other applicable digital advertising platforms
Digital Marketing Management - provide guidance and direction for marketing/advertising campaigns through the selection of relevant content/copy
Collaborations - ideate and plan collaborations with brands influencers and manage design initiatives for committed collaborations
Develop and assist in creating systems that will allow us to gather valuable customer insights and feedback that will inform future product development
Build marketing funnels to help us achieve a minimum 3x ROAS

You:

A savvy go-getter with the hunger and readiness to take ownership of a lead role in an early stage company
MUST have experience running digital marketing campaigns for DTC e-commerce brands in the past; no exceptions
A true expert with paid advertising via Facebook, Instagram, as well as conversion rate optimization; not only do you like to get into the data but you have an eye for creative and can advise on what will work well
A clear and articulate communicator
Experience with CRO and the various levers that can be pulled to improve sales
Thrive in situations of ambiguity and excel in a fast paced, collaborative environment; a self-starter is a MUST
Pay strong attention to detail
Understand how to interpret the business needs and provide guidance/advice on how to change marketing strategy that will improve the business.
Strong experience with email marketing and Klaviyo is a bonus

Who you'd be working alongside (me):

I'm Harrison and this is my 3rd venture, after successfully exiting two previous e-commerce businesses. I've lived in Asia for the last 4 years learning everything about e-commerce and bringing a product from concept to market.

I'm looking for someone who can match my enthusiasm and excitement to build something that has the potential to be great.

I've personally invested lots of my own money and time into the business up until this stage and would love to be able to share the success with someone who is equally as invested in the brand going forward.

As this is a startup and I'm investing a lot of personal funds, the co-founder will not receive an immediate salary but I can offer equity according to your experience as well as an opportunity for revenue share as we grow. As the business progresses and grows, we can make adjustments to pay accordingly.
