APPLICATIONS ANALYST I

The Applications Analyst I is responsible for the enablement of WelbeHealth's core and new technologies including, but not limited to, EMR, CRM, and home-based technologies and initiatives. Proactively identifying and troubleshooting issues, provide end user support, complete elements of build and configuration, and helps maintain our enterprise technologies as per the priorities and direction of the Information Technology & Services Team. The Applications Analyst I will be the hands-on enabler, and support, of the technologies for end users and Superusers across the WelbeHealth enterprise. Essential Job Duties

  • Owns the administrative responsibilities of WelbeHealth's core technologies including troubleshooting, end user support, build, and project tasks for new market launches and/or new technology implementations.
  • Support in the configuration, planning, and execution of new market launches in our core technologies and travel onsite to markets to provide onsite 'go live' support for end user if appropriate.
  • Coordinate with the Applications Team and Training Team to ensure new technologies, technology initiatives, and/or technology updates are reflected in training materials and curricula.
  • Provide insight into workflow gaps, training needs, table build and configuration needs, and product needs to the Technology Team to identify opportunities for solution design and/or collaboration with the Training Team.
  • Manage Superuser's/SME's technical learning, development, and coordination for core technologies across all WelbeHealth PACE Markets.
  • Create product release training materials for the organization for applicable product updates, communicate changes to appropriate stakeholders, and conduct trainings to superusers on product enhancements and updates.
  • Manage inbound technology enhancement requests and collaborate with Technology Team on prioritization for timely, and communicated, development and deployment.
  • Manage table QA and support case follow up for core technologies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; an additional four years' experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in EMR administration and/or support, or relevant experience working at an EMR company.
  • Experience with using or administering Salesforce or athenahealth applications a bonus.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and systems (hardware and software) in new environments.
  • Experience working in a regulated quality improvement area: strong attention to detail and data accuracy.


Salary/Wage base range for this role is $ $43.05 hourly+ Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
