NP/PA Post Acute Care opening in Seattle, WA
Seeking an experienced primary care NP/PA.
- Full-time
- Primary care rounding Monday - Friday at skilled nursing facility.
- Ability to set your own start time.
- Uncapped earning potential
- Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $145,000 to $160,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
- Benefits eligible (health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401k w/match, paid time off, CME, malpractice w/tail paid)
- Board certification required
Responsibilities
- Perform primary care in a skilled nursing facility setting for short-term and long-term patients
- Manage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of care
- Order and interpret lab results
- Prescribe and monitor medications
- Consult with physicians and coordinate patient care with other healthcare providers
- Educate patients and their caregivers on coping skills to handle chronic and age-related
Qualifications
- 1 or more years of experience in primary care
- Post-acute care experience a plus but not required
- Active and unrestricted NP/PA license in the state of Washington
- Active and unrestricted DEA for the state of Washington
