Job Summary: Always Best Care - Seattle, WA is seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide in-home personal care and companion care services to clients in the Seattle Metro area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Strong Relationships: Build trust and rapport with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Assist with Daily Living Activities: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs.
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients' homes, performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Transportation and Errands: Safely transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
- Companionship and Supervision: Provide companionship and supervision to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
- Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) certification required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a CNA or in senior care is highly preferred.
- Age and Background Check: Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and medical clearance prior to hire.
- Work Authorization: Must have valid work authorization.
- Driver's License: Must have a current state driver's license and dependable insured automobile.
- Communication Skills: Must have effective oral and written English communication skills to work with clients and families.
