Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of nursing care to residents
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide education and training to residents and their families on health-related topics
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure in the state of employment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation
