We are looking for a staff accountant to be a key player in our agile accounting team. In this role, you will assist with monthly closing activities, account reconciliations, and other essential accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to month and year-end closing procedures to ensure the accuracy of LTG financial statements
  • Prepare necessary documentation and journal entries for monthly financial book closing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, identify adjustments, accruals, and variances
  • Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts
  • Handle bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Support various audits and financial statement reviews
  • Participate in special projects

Skills & Experience

  • Accounting degree mandatory
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with NetSuite
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous environments
  • Experience presenting and collaborating across different organizational levels
  • Professional, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
