Administrative Coordinator - Nutrition Services

St. John's Regional Medical Center

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our Nutrition Services team. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Nutrition Services department, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Manage departmental correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to nutrition services, including client information and program statistics.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies, to ensure smooth operations of the department.

Qualifications

  • High School education and two years of college education in business or healthcare preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of increasingly responsible clerical experience reporting to management level position.
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs and administrative skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Ability to manage a variety of projects, mostly self-directed simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual preferred.

Pay Range

$ $32.82 /hour
