Job Title: Sr. Data Operations Lead

About Lilly
Join us in transforming Lilly's Manufacturing and Quality business sectors. The Global Data Analytics and AI team focuses on providing value through Analytic Products, Data Products, and AI Products.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Operations Lead within our Global Data Analytics and AI team, your key role is to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our data products and analytics platforms. You will establish monitoring, alerting, and logging standards, convert reports into durable analytic products, and act as the main point of contact during incidents. Your expertise in data analytics, integration, and technical operations, along with your collaborative skills, will drive operational excellence and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in architectural processes like blueprinting and reference architecture.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in data operations.
  • Strong technical skills in data analytics, integration, and platform operations.

Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
Additional Preferences

•Knowledge of GxP, Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, and automation systems.
