In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability.
Duties Include:

  • Coordinate and manage the assigned project(s) to comply with cost, schedule and technical requirements and established company practices in order to meet project commitments
  • Lead/coordinate input for proposals and participate in subsequent contract negotiations.
  • Interface with finance managers, contracts managers, PTL's, CE's, OPM's, cost account managers, design and operations teams to manage programs
  • Review and monitor metrics on the projects and provide support as required to the product area director
  • Manage risks and opportunities
  • Conduct bid reviews and phase reviews
  • Coordinate training requirements

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational skills in order to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in order to interact with and present to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Be comfortable working in an unstructured environment where the day to day responsibilities are fluid.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Operations, Contracts or Financial lead experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $191070
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
