Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Engineer I - Autosort to assist location management teams and Rental field engineers in overseeing engineered systems. Responsibilities include assuming the role of technical and reliability leader on these systems with direct execution of upgrades, reliability initiatives and new systems within assigned locations; assisting location management in relocations and minor expansions; staying abreast of new technical and equipment developments; developing new ideas to improve quality, cost productivity, housekeeping, safety, energy management and environmental compliance. Will receive occasional support from Engineer II, III, Managers and Directors.

Skills/Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined below:

  • Have an active driver's license
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

Preferred:

  • Technical or Engineering Bachelor's degree, minimum 3 years' experience in reliability or minimum 2 years' experience in Cintas operations environment
  • Experience with AutoCAD
