Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Technician I to join our team at Terracon. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing field testing of building enclosure assemblies, including windows, air barriers, and roofing systems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct field testing and observations of building enclosure assemblies to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to discuss testing results and project progress.
  • Operate and maintain equipment, including boom lifts, scissor lifts, and suspended scaffolding.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports of testing results and observations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of experience in roofing or waterproofing preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history required.
