About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Growth Engineer (Full-Stack, with a focus on Front-End) to join the Pika team and drive our product-led growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a versatile technologist capable of managing and executing a broad spectrum of growth-focused engineering tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Growth Features: Develop and deploy growth features and experiments that significantly impact user acquisition, retention and product virality.
- Enhance In-product Experiences: Create and refine onboarding and in-product experiences and to drive user activation and engagement.
- Analyze and Report: Utilize analytics and experimentation tools to measure the impact of growth initiatives and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and the engineering team to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Full-Stack Engineering Experience: Experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
- Product Sense: Strong understanding of user needs and the ability to meet them through product development.
- Growth Mindset: Keen interest in growth and the business side of tech, with a talent for identifying and exploiting growth opportunities.
- Analytical Skills: Competence with analytics and experimentation tools to measure and optimize growth initiatives.
- Versatility: Ability to handle a broad range of engineering tasks, from developing internal tools to crafting features that elevate the user experience.
- Adaptability: Flexible, agile approach to development, capable of pivoting between projects and adapting to emerging technologies.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, ready to tackle complex engineering challenges and contribute to all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to a variety of team members across product and marketing.
- Design Skills (Not a must): Experience or skills in design to help create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
