Job Description

As the Community Banker RM | Small Business Banker, you will work with a collaborative team and partner with customers in your community. You will interact directly with a defined segment of small business clients to enhance existing relationships as well as prospect new clients. The Community Banker will focus on the needs of small business customers and support community engagement activities throughout diverse and LMI communities to ensure that Bremer Bank is effectively meeting the needs of all small businesses. As well as providing personal banking support business owners and their employees. Drive business development efforts through networking and community involvement, positioning the organization as a leader in small business banking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and maintain relationships with small business clients, providing expert financial advice and support.
Identify potential clients, assessing their financial needs, and providing tailored lending solutions that align with organizational goals and market opportunities.
Serve all needs for small business clients including their consumer banking needs.
Cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs.
Serve small businesses lending needs.
Build relationships with small business owners and provide them with financial advice and support.
Collaborates with market leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Combination of education and experience which generally includes a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
-Must have a solid understanding of all small business banking product/services and the ability to effectively work with problems related to small business accounts.
-Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written.
-Ability to present a professional image and demeanor while constructively interacting with all constituencies.
-Communicate effectively with partners to build and maintain positive relationships and work collaboratively towards a common
goal.
-Ability to multi-task and maintain an optimistic outlook in a fast paced and changing environment.
-Additional preferred qualifications include a desire to engage in and support diverse or underserved individuals and communities.
