Strong customer services skills, a solid understanding of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to effectively communicate information to diverse audiences promptly & accurately with a high level of professionalism are required.

Some things you can expect to do:

  • Provide accurate and timely guidance and support to employees and managers on various HR matters, fostering trust and confidence in HR services
  • Assist employees with various HR-related tasks, such as updating personal information, accessing and navigating HR systems, benefits enrollment, performance management, leave administration, etc.
  • Process HR transactions accurately in accordance with established guidelines and timelines including employee data changes, status updates, payroll adjustments, etc.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members and escalate complex inquiries or issues for further assistance or resolution when appropriate
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions and inquiries, ensuring compliance with federal and state data privacy and confidentiality policies when handling employee information
  • Use problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence to resolve issues while prioritizing customer satisfaction and organizational objectives

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You must have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or HR support role.

You will really stand out if you have:

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and basic employment law
  • Experience using HRIS and MS Office
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility:

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $ $34.02 hourly. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
