Customer support spans endpoint support, software support, network configurations, wifi configurations and ability to troubleshoot issues throughout Cisco network and security applications and devices, including Cisco routers and switches, Firepower Threat Defense, ASA VPN solutions and Wireless Controllers and WAPs. Engineer must have strong customer services and communications skills to facilitate their interactions with end users.

Division Description

Information Services is comprised of the Information Systems and Technology (IST) Division and Information Security (InfoSec). It is responsible for building and operating ENSCO's critical information technology systems and services, cybersecurity, and information security compliance.

Responsibilities of the IST Division include aligning information technology investments with business goals and requirements; understanding a diverse ecosystem of technology needs, security risks and compliance requirements; and building the systems, processes and personnel resources required to meet these challenges. The IST Division also encompasses responsibility for securing ENSCO's information infrastructure in accordance with various compliance regulations. IST Division personnel are high performers specializing in information technology while maintaining broad subject matter expertise. The IST Division adheres to lean IT methodology and implements KANBAN project management and task management approaches to achieve rapid and effective deployments of new technologies.

Although information security is a companywide responsibility InfoSec works to ensure all infrastructure is secure, patched, and compliant with regulatory standards such as PCI, HIPAA, and 800-xx, etc.
