As a Contracts Senior Lead with Momentum, you'll play a key role in our team, collaborating closely with dynamic and talented individuals. You'll contribute to Momentum's legal team supporting all of Momentum's portfolio companies in a collaborative, innovative environment and be part of our mission to enable, accelerate, and empower our partners at Momentum companies, allowing them to deliver best-in-class solutions for their customers. Strong drafting skills, with the ability to turn a complex commercial concept into contractual language.
Experience in fast paced, global organization. Able to function and perform at a high level with ambiguity in some cases.

When considering experience for this role, we typically find a great fit with candidates who have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the specified field, and a minimum of 4 years of relevant commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience. Additionally, experience in a holding company and/or in a start-up environment is a definite plus.

The base salary range for this position may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by role, level, and location, considering additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For roles eligible for remote work, the base salary is tailored to the designated work location. In addition to the base salary, candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus, determined based on both the company's business performance and individual contributions.
