KPMG is currently seeking an Advisory Design and Development Lead to join our Learning & Development organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business strategy into learning requirements and solutions, enabling processes, roadmaps and lifecycle recommendations for assigned portfolio of learning programs through regular collaboration with the business and alignment to strategy
  • Support outcome-based intake process as part of the core forum of multi-disciplinary L&D professionals; plan and execute appropriate needs analysis, if required
  • Serve as a go-to resources for our business stakeholders for assigned process/portfolio/curriculum
  • Provide guidance in instructional design, adult learning principles, and innovation strategies in the conception, design, and development of learning assets
  • Drive project execution, track status of all project components, manage changes and highlight/address risks in collaboration with stakeholders; assist in defining and implementing instructional design and/or project management processes and tools
  • Supervise, train, coach, and develop a team of instructional designers and project managers, as well as monitor utilization of resources

Qualifications:

  • Minimum eight years of recent experience developing and implementing learning solutions in a matrixed environment
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; PMP certification preferred
  • Proficiency in technology tools (MS suite including MS Project and Clarizen)
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including ability to implement strategies with excellence and efficiency, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and track deadlines and milestones and communicating status while also being attentive to details
  • Demonstrated skills in client relationship management and influence, performance consulting methodologies, performance improvement and measurement skills, as well as the ability to lead a team in a matrixed environment
  • Experience designing interactive learning interventions, creating storyboards, and using rapid development authoring tools (for example: Camtasia, Storyline, Captivate)
