Finance business partner for Global Banking Credit and Lending (C&L)/ Real Assets and Structured Finance (RASF), provides Global Banking financial analysis to drive business performance and support management decision-making. Works with senior management and Finance partners to provide financial and technical analysis and recommendations regarding current performance, pricing models and business opportunities, and/or internal/external measurements. Leads all reporting, planning and forecasting activities and a key point of contact for various stress testing cycles.

As our Senior Manager Business Finance Global Banking you will:

Create and deliver presentations of analysis, trends, metrics and results. Support presentations with supporting analysis, assumptions, calculations and conclusionsConsult with executive management, corporate finance and other departments (i.e. risk management, marketing, etc.) to provide data and analysisPartner with the other Business Finance colleagues across global businesses, functions and DBS on all relevant mattersPartner with and influence the senior business management on all financial-related itemsPromote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand Operational Effectiveness & Control Assess the financial impact of analysis and make recommendations based on the results. The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
