Description: Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking a Security Representative Staff / Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join the security team in Orlando, FL.
This CPSO will manage security requirements for a large and fast-moving Special Access Program (SAP). The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of security to include, personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance research, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Volumes 1-4, DoDM , ICD 705, DoDM as well as OPSEC and related SOPs IAW with program DD 254(s). Duties also include high level program leadership briefings, presentations, completing Program Access Requests (PAR), classified meeting support, program management support, and security education.
Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.
Develops and obtains approvals for multiple plans in support of new test environments and facilities/labs being constructed on site.
This position also requires an enhanced security review IAW USG contract requirements and it is a condition of employment.
Basic Qualifications:
• SAP experience.
• SCI experience.
• Change management experience and process-discipline skillsets.
• Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705.
• Top Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years.
Desired Skills:
• Lead and implement change in a collaborative and inclusive manner, have strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
• Interface with Executive Leadership in support of ongoing operations
• Work collaboratively with other entities and manage projects and subordinate assignments simultaneously within very time-sensitive environments.
• Experience with the Joint Air to Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) program.
• Strong SCI background – physical and personnel security requirements.
• Motivate, inspire, and grow Security Team Members
• Build and maintain effective relationships both within and corporation and externally with government customers and suppliers.
• Be self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently.
• Familiar with DAF Acquisition programs.
• Experience using CV2, DISS, and JADE
• The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
