PRIMARY PURPOSE
  • Manage and coordinate health services in designated clinics to achieve goals and population management improvements
  • Responsible for clinic operational planning to support strategic initiatives
  • Effective financial management of assigned areas
  • Focus on patient flow processes and communication with healthcare team
MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS
  • Education - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience - 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience
  • Skills - Leadership, Talent Management, Organizational Impact, Knowledge & Experience, Communication & Influence
RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Manage daily administrative, business, and clinical operations for health center/clinic population
  2. Develop action plans to meet service area population needs
  3. Enhance patient satisfaction and assist with conflict resolution
  4. Ensure effective facility management and maintenance
  5. Analyze and report on practice performance
  6. Participate in performance improvement programs
  7. Contribute to short to long-term department plans and results
  8. Oversee staff selection, training, evaluation, and satisfaction
  9. Ensure proper patient processing, billing, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  10. Monitor and provide recommendations for practice productivity
  11. Other duties as assigned
