**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Practice Manager to join our team at CityVet - Uptown. As a key member of our facility operations team, you'll be responsible for supporting the Practice Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with the Practice Manager to design, manage, and publish the facility schedule to ensure efficient allocation of skills and resources.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager and facility staff to maintain proper inventory management of office supplies, facility supplies, and medical supplies.
- Assist in implementing and enforcing CityVet policies, standards, and procedures to ensure a high level of customer experience satisfaction.
- Help facilitate improvement efforts to ensure the CityVet brand standards are met in delivering client care and customer service.
**Requirements**
- At least 18 years of age at the time of hire.
- Minimum one year of veterinary industry experience.
