About the Role
The Senior Associate Recruiter will lead our high-volume talent acquisition efforts for the Expert Marketplace, using innovative sourcing techniques to engage and attract exceptional candidates, including passive job seekers. You'll employ a variety of sourcing tools to screen resumes and profiles, while conducting informational sessions to ensure the best fit for our organization.
This role will focus on cultivating positive relationships with candidates through transparent and timely communication, ensuring a smooth and engaging process. The position involves managing an average of 100+ openings and overseeing multiple specialty areas simultaneously to ensure continual site needs are fulfilled.
What You'll Do
- Manage high-volume recruiting for our Expert Marketplace
- Conduct individual and group informational sessions
- On average, manage 100+ openings
- Employ creative sourcing techniques to engage exceptional candidates, including passive talent
- Utilize diverse sourcing tools to screen resumes and profiles
- Foster positive candidate relationships
- Manage candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to enhance recruitment strategies
- Maintain a proactive pipeline of candidates for future organizational needs
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of relevant recruiting experience.
- Staffing Agency or online Marketplace (Uber, DoorDash, Angi, etc.) experience is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to identify deep pools of talent for diverse roles
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proactively shares appropriate level of information across teams
- Actively listens to others
