Position Overview:

The CRO Partner Manager is an innovative and strategic-thinking partner development manager tasked with leading partnership relationship management and collaboration with a select group of alliance partners. As a CRO Partner Manager, you will report to the Executive Director, Business Development, and work closely with the Business Development (BD) & Account Management teams, as well as various other functions across the company. Your role is pivotal in strengthening Endpoint Clinical's position with assigned partners, playing a key role in developing growth strategies and executing strategic projects. This function is designed to be a "multiplier," to increase our revenue, quality, and overall solution adoption.

Note: This role can be based remotely, with a preference for candidates in the RTP, North Carolina area. Travel will be required of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Quickly synthesize complex ideas, aligning them with business priorities, and devise actionable strategies to accomplish goals.
  • Evolve partner relationships with assigned partners.
  • Establish a pipeline of partner-influenced and sourced sales opportunities.
  • Increase our addressable number of sales pursuits via partnerships.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of partner opportunities.
  • Optimize Request for Proposals (RFP) and contract pull-through.
  • Contribute to partnership account plans in conjunction with the Account Management team.
  • Influence and liaise with critical internal stakeholders such as Business Development, Account Management, Product Strategy, Finance, and Operations to successfully develop and launch new offerings with partners and ensure quality partner experiences.
  • Build and manage collaborative relationships with partner stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records and log activities in the Salesforce database.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience

Experience:

  • 5+ years of combined experience in business development, partner development, or sales operations
  • 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and/or medical device industries
  • Experience with the sale of clinical trial systems and/or services
  • Demonstrated capability to work cross-functionally and across a distributed and growing global team
  • Solid understanding of partnerships and alliances and how they can create value for the business
