Program Support Assistant

Provides general support to HBPC team and serves as point of contact for patients, medical center staff, VISN staff, community agencies, and others.

Assists with developing proposed proposals/projects.
Drafts memoranda, minutes, reports, and policy revisions.

Maintains files and comparable functions requiring effective liaison with all administrative and clinical services throughout the medical center and extending to the community and family members.

Collects, compiles and/or tracks statistical information in support of program operations.
Uses software applications to draw information from a wide variety of sources in order to prepare reports.
Assists in the planning, review, and reporting of data/statistical results of program studies.
Collects, enters, and manages data including both patient data and program data.
Assists Program Director in the development and management of fiscal and utilization reports.
Maintains calendar of appointments of patients, meetings, conference calls, and scheduled leave.
Coordinates meetings.
Prepares travel papers.
Schedules conferences.
Assists Program Director with all administrative functions.

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 pm
